1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery to remote or rural locations may take additional time depending on courier service availability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout. Kayadeep may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional periods.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on selected locations and products. Kayadeep reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pincodes.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases of delay or loss in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Kayadeep is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos for verification.
