1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Return Request Timeline

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
